YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
- Responsible for designing kW and MW solar PV power plants
- Analysis, development, and yield assessment using PVSyst
- Preparation of design, layout and drawings,
shadow analysis, capacity sizing - Undertaking due diligence analyses and technical reviews,
including, uncertainty analysis for various solar PV systems
- Independent review of solar PV designs, analyses of existing plants,
using as built drawings/ site conditions - Preparation of BOM and BOQ
- Assist in the preparation of technical papers or presentations
- Assist in vendor selection
- Design documentation and making required changes as per the site conditions
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:
- Bachelors or Masters in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering,
with specialisation in energy systems - Minimum 3 years of experience in solar PV system design
- Proficient in PVSyst, G-sketch up, Auto Cad
- Experience in design of various balance of systems (BOS) components
- Good understanding of all related design codes and best industry practices
- Experience in selection and finalizing bill of materials (BOM).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Time management skills required to achieve established targets

We’re seeking talented sales and business development professional to join us in providing solar energy solutions for commercial and industrial customers and to further drive the adoption of solar in both power plants and distributed generation rooftop markets.
The incumbent shall be responsible for developing sales and business development pipeline for renewable energy project for C&I segment in the state of Maharashtra and Gujarat. The solar projects can be under Capex, Opex or PMC.
YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
- Responsible for reaching out to prospective clients and
developing new opportunities for the company - Manage business development, channel development,
cultivate key strategic relationships - Lead the sales process in state of Maharashtra and Gujarat
- Develop prospect database to generate effective leads and
convert them with desired profitability - Represent at industry events, round tables,
speaking forums & other events
- Preparing financial models and proposals
- Analyze electricity bills, credit ratings and roof images
(through Google) for filtration of clients - The goal for this individual will be to facilitate a relationship with new clients, achieving established tele-sales goals, developing business relationships, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

PROJECT MANAGER
We’re seeking an experienced project manager to manage organization’s key client solar projects. The incumbent will be required to organize and control the preparation and execution of Renewable Energy construction contracts and to meet company objectives of maximizing quality and safety. The Project Manager will oversee Renewable Energy projects from commencement to completion and deliver every project on time within budget as projected. A Project Manager will coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time while ensuring that our work adheres to all company safety policies.
YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
- Ensure PV installations are completed within the programme schedule and budgets as per project timeline
- Confident delivery of briefing & coordinating all activities on assigned contracts
- Preparation of Detailed Project Report, Contract Review, Techno-commercial assessment
- Planning and Coordination
- Ensure compliance of quality and safety of works at all times
- Effective management of multiple sites and respective site engineers
- Continuously monitor and maintain excellent levels of health & safety on site
- Conducting all essential tests required in entire solar project execution
- Having knowledge of IS/NEC codes for solar project execution
- High level reporting direct to the operations director

The person will have to maintain good business relationships with prospective clients for their technical due diligence and feasibility requirements of their solar projects.
YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
- Person should have a good exposure of dealing and connections with
solar EPC companies, IPPs, Developers, Asset Owners, Lenders,
HNI investors and financial institutions. - Develop new business opportunities in the field of Technical Due Diligence
and Feasibility studies for existing and new solar assets - Promote the company expertise in the field of L.I.E, O.E, P.M.C,
3rd Party Vetting and Plant Audit work - Create a good and healthy relationship with prospective solar offtaker client
- Empanelment and registration with Lenders and Financial Institutions
- Exploring global solar markets for the company’s technical services

SITE ENGINEER
We are looking for an experienced solar site engineer who will be responsible for hassle-free solar installation for the end customer. The engineer will ensure that our solar project installations are of the highest quality while maintaining proper time schedules and budget. The site engineer should be adept at co-ordinating with various teams – both internal and external.
YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
- Good knowledge of solar photovoltaic & electrical components
- Must be able to work with solar mounting structure installations for both
rooftop and ground mount - Must have knowledge of installation of solar panels & their electrical connections
- Installation of inverter (central or string), DCDB/SCB, LA and
associated earthing related work - Investigating problems, diagnosing and addressing faults
- Strict adherence to HSE policy and safety standards
- Reporting daily progress to the reporting head
- Coordinate with sub-contractor and labour for
timely completion of project - Coordinate with end customer related to site requirement
- Having knowledge of IS/NEC codes for solar project execution
- Lead testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
